Hello,

My name is Dr. Elena Anzova, MD, doctor of medical psychology and Schussler's therapist.

I worked as a clinical psychologist in the diagnostic-consultative unit at the Government Hospital / Lozenets Hospital /, Sofia.

In my work I use techniques and concepts from cognitive-behavioral therapy.

When working with children, I work according to the method of Dr. Montessori and the methodology of Prof. Bernard Okuturie.

Helping people in their difficulties and quests is my responsibility, inspiration and satisfaction. I love my job and I strongly believe that psychotherapy can make a significant improvement in people's lives. In today's stressful and fast-paced world, each of us is vulnerable to our mental resilience. It is important to know that you are not alone and talking to a professional can be helpful and supportive in overcoming your problems in a safe and impartial environment based on trust and partnership.

Above all, however, I use my heart.

• In 2018 I acquired the educational and scientific degree "Doctor" from the Medical University - Varna "Prof. Paraskev Stoyanov", Department of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology.
